Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in various cooking methods, including steaming, frying, and grilling.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and menu planning.
  • Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
  • Manage food inventory and storage, ensuring no wastage.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
