- Proficiency in various cooking methods, including steaming, frying, and grilling.
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the development of new dishes and menu planning.
- Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
- Manage food inventory and storage, ensuring no wastage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
